DOES THE USE OF OLAMONEY POSTPAID HAVE AN IMPACT ON CREDIT SCORE?
Using OlaMoney Postpaid does not have an impact on your credit score.
HOW TO USE OLAMONEY POSTPAID?
The auto-debit feature of OlaMoney Postpaid helps you to simply carry on once you’ve taken a ride. No waiting for OTPs or entering CVVs. All you’ve got to do is select OlaMoney Postpaid as your default payment mode and you’re sorted! Enjoy one-click payments with OlaMoney Postpaid when you buy at the Ola Dash or order from Ola Foods. The details of your transaction will be communicated to you via SMS & email.
HOW TO SET UP OLAMONEY POSTPAID AS PAYMENT MODE?
To set up OlaMoney Postpaid as your payment mode go to your Ola app & follow the steps:
• Select Destination
• Choose Ride Mode
• Select Payment Mode from Bottom Left
• Choose OlaMoney Postpaid.
HOW DO I REPAY?
Your OlaMoney Postpaid bill will be generated once in 15 days. Your payment details will be communicated to you via SMS & email. Make your payment by visiting the ‘OlaMoney Dashboard’ via the available modes- UPI, Net Banking or Credit Card. Enjoy 7 days’ grace period. A flat late fee will be charged every month in case of non-payment of dues by the due date.

HOW DO I OPT OUT OF OLAMONEY POSTPAID?
We would be sad to see you go, however if you would want to opt out, please write to us at support@olamoney.com and your service will be deactivated at the earliest. Do remember using the Postpaid service is a choice you make & in case you do not use it, you can still remain a member of the Postpaid club without paying any additional charges.
