- The Offer is valid only during the Offer Period, i.e. (May 4th till May 18 th )
- The Offer can be availed only on one (1) transaction per customer during the Offer Period.
- Cashback Amount will be credited to customer’s ZipCash Ola Money Wallet account within 24 hours.
- The Offer shall be processed for the net transaction value.
- ZipCash reserves the right to amend, change and/or withdraw the Offer at any time, without cause, without any prior intimation and the same shall be at Zipcash’s sole discretion.

- Zipcash does not warrant or guarantee availability, merchantability, quality, fitness etc., of any product or service offered by the Ticketnew.
- Zipcash reserves the right to restrict and disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious transactions or misuse of the Offer in any way.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai only. In all matters relating to the Offer, Zipcash’s decision will be final.
